ACADEMICS

Two of our students excelled in the Mathematics and Science Olympiads organized by the FIITJEE Ltd., Mumbai Centre.

01 - Aarthi Raghuraman of Std. IX was awarded gold medal for being zonal topper in
Mathematics and Bronze medal for overall rank third.

02 - Shalini Chaudhury of Std. IX was awarded gold medal for being zonal topper in Science
and overall topper + a bronze medal for third rank in Mathematics.

6, 7, 8 and 9 will be appearing for Astronomy Competition 2009 on Saturday, 07 November, 2009.

Std. XI and XII students were given an opportunity to attend a series of talks on not – so – popular career options.

01-        Hospitality Management by Ecole Hoteliere, Lavasa
02 -       Campus visit to Whistling Woods International, (Film, Television and Media Arts
             Intitution) Goregaon.
03 -       Animation as a career option by Arena Animation Academy
04 -       The legal Profession by Mr. Anand Bhatia from Career Launcher
05 -       Aerospace and Aero engineering by the team from Hindustan Aerospace and Engineering
06 -       Career Select Session by Mr. Jeevan from Entrance Master.
07 -       Company Secreatryship Course by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
08 -       Media Art and Graphic Design by Raffles Design International.

First Terminal Examination were held between Wednesday, 19 August, 2009 to Wednesday, 02 September, 2009 from Std. VI to Std. XII

Std. IX and X students were also introduced to a session of Cyber Crime.
