Teams Experience:
We were the only students participating which were from school, all others were from the best colleges of Maharashtra. Although we were so young we qualified for all three rounds. We finished up ranking 12 out of 50 finalist. It was a great experience building and modifying it for different rounds. Although we could not make it this year, we will try and try till we succeed.

An excerpt from the essay response by our student Monic Pamecha – Std. IX / D

Thirteen Hundred Million people living in one nation and driving it towards growth is not a simple task. While most superpowers in the world are afraid of managing a huge population, we have a country which challenged the norms, altered it and made it their biggest strength. It indeed is one of the fastest growing nations in the world, China.

There is a saying, “What China is seeing now, will be seen by the world after twenty years”. The Dragon nation is ahead of all other countries in terms of innovation. Innovation maybe Technological or Defence related or even business ideals. China has lead the revolution and continues to lead with it’s army of hard working country men who devote themselves selflessly to contribute to the country’s development. To Generate new sources of employment and income is also called innovation. It is a fact that innovation drives the world and that the future completely depends on the new ideas which tend to get more from the existing resources. Technological advancements of China are ahead of other countries especially in terms of Digital Media. The Strict Chinese Censorship rules are also key factors in development as they keep the nation men, away from other unnecessary things which form distraction in their passage to innovation. As the competition increases the scope for innovation rises altogether. This inspires us to do wonders and give birth to revolutionary ideas which help change the world and make things easier. The best ideas solve the oldest problems in our community and we are inspired to keep working on solutions for these problems. Poverty and Education are the oldest problems which are being worked upon with ideas like mass employment schemes.

As said earlier, Innovation drives the world and that’s how it works. Radical ideas to change the way we work, to ease out and reduce the number of steps in any given process and to provide the maximum output.

One of the most observant thing in China is the dedication that each individual puts into while working. They believe in team efforts then individual efforts and this is a proven ideal that major successes are products of great team work as team effort reduces load on every individual, helps people in specializing in fields, reduces the total amount of time to complete any given task and proves to be a major game changer. It also leads to productivity. Innovation is also guaranteed because we know that no two men can think the same and so when there is a team, we have people with different views who have suffered different problems coming forward which finally lead to new innovations and thus the nation begins to prosper.
