Science Day Celebrations were organized at both Nehru Science Centre and Nehru Planetarium like every year.  Our school participated in most events and won prizes.
  1. Sooraj Bishnoi of Std IX won first prize in Astro-Elocution Contest.
  2. Karan Kamath of Std IX won consolation prize in Science Quiz Contest.
  3. Chinmay Hejmadi of Std VIII won first prize in Astro Quiz.

Following students won in the handwriting competition organized by the Junior Red Cross Society earlier.

02 – Himanisha Thumaprambil of Std XI C Second Prize
03 – Mehul Dokania of Std III E Second Prize
04 – Heeral Bhatt of Std VIII D Third Prize.

Halak Shah – VIII B, Ishaan Srivastava – IV E and Nishant Rupani – VII D were awarded certificate for their participation in the ‘Celebrating Human(e)ity’ event organized in our school on 10 January, 2009 by the University of Mumbai.  Their works have been shortlisted for publication in a book by the Department of English (certificate)
1 Rohyn Rajesh, Rishi Masand, Omkar Chari and Daivik Shetty were awarded certificate of merit by the HSBC, NAT GEO green planet organizers.  They excelled in the NAT GEO green planet project at the school level.
