A Leadership Development workshop for School Leaders was organized by our school for the ICSE School Principals in Mumbai on the 06 and 07 November, 2009. Titled ‘Leadership Essentials’, the resource team Ms. Deepa Agarwal and Mr. Kaushik Gopal presented the workshop developed for C SOL (Center for Social and Organizational Leadership) at TIFR (Tata Institute of Fundamental Research). The program was highly activity driven, inviting the participants to engage in self reflections. |
