A field trip was organized for the student’s Std II to Parle Biscuit Factory to get first hand experience of the manufacturing of biscuits and chocolates.
Students gained knowledge of the manufacturing process. |

A Field trip at Aarey dairy (WORLI) was organized for the students of Std III.
It aimed to enlighten the process of storing and packing of milk and also brought an awareness about the purifying process done before the supply.
Students understood the packing and supplying process.

A Field trip at Parle Biscuit Factory was organized for the students of Std I.
It aimed to educate the students of the manufacturing of chocolates and biscuits and enabled them to get the first hand information.
Students were very excited to see their favorite chocolates and biscuits being manufactured.

First Aid Awareness Programme

Std.IX students organized a First Aid Awareness Programme as a part of social service for the students of Std VIII Hindi Medium, Anandilal Podar School.
A drama was enacted along with a presentation to show how first aid can be carried out in case of any emergency.
The knowledge will enable students to tackle any eventuality and also help in using improvised methods.

It was a great day for the Podarite teacher’s to rejuvenate and enjoy a day at Hotel Siddhartha, Bandra, where they rocked the dance floor and played games.
It was followed by a sumptuous meal.

Envelope decoration activity was conducted for the students of Std I to IV to develop the student’s skills and creativity in decorating the envelope.

Sanyas Ashram & Iscon Temple. It developed religious tolerance among students and inculcated spiritual values.
It helped students to respect all religions.

A Field trip was organized for the students of Std VI to Nehru Planetarium (Worli)
They learnt more about celestial bodies and enjoyed the “Awesome Universe show”. They also experienced the section that showed the gravity level at different planets.
It was a good learning experience.

The Science Olympiad Foundation, New Delhi. Organized the National Cyber Olympiad for the students of Std II to X. 39 students participated in this competition. It aimed to identify cyber-savvy talent amongst the younger generation.
This competition was to test the aptitude. |

Inter House 'Tell a Tale' Competition was organized for the students of
Std I to VIII.It helped the students to develop their language skills, build confidence and develop healthy competitive spirit.
Students narrated imaginary stories with expressions.

BMMS organized a workshop for training teachers in Marathi Language at Damodar Hall, Parel.Mrs. Anuradha Nandoskar represented the school.
It introduced the new syllabus of Std VIII, new text book and usage of new techniques and teaching aids while teaching.
The workshop focused on developing the language skills.

A Field trip was organized for the students of Std VIII to Dr. Bhau Daji Lad Museum and Jijamata Udyan.They learnt about the extinct animals, relics and the history of Mumbai city.
This trip developed a sense of responsibility towards their cultural heritage and conservation of wild life. |
